Find out more about Kanadevia Inova at www.kanadevia-inova.com. Job Description Expertise in CAE tools (COMOS) and engineering tools (Aspen). Strong leadership in technical discussions, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration. Proficient in Root Cause Analysis, problem-solving, and Functional Safety Life Cycle (HAZID, HAZOP, ATEX). Experienced in stakeholder collaboration and mentoring less experienced employees. Fluent in English, proficient in MS Office, and knowledgeable in quality assurance. Qualifications Strong background in process, mechanical, or chemical engineering with deep knowledge of process technologies (WtX, RG, PtX, Carbon Capture) and process engineering procedures. Experienced in solving complex problems using systematic approaches, defining operational procedures, and developing guidelines while leading technical discussions. Skilled in interdisciplinary, multicultural project teams, collaboration with internal/external stakeholders, and proficient in project execution tools. Good understanding of system automation, control functions, plant operations, and cost awareness, with experience in plant construction and commissioning. Minimum 8 years in a similar role on large EPC projects, capable of managing time effectively, traveling up to 10%, and adapting solutions to project needs.
