REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors in Electrical Engineering, Solid State Physics, Computer Science or related field from an accredited degree program.
  • Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing.
  • Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Internship or project experience in semiconductor manufacturing or process engineering.
  • Experience in data automation and scripting with Python, R, SQL or JMP/JSL.
  • Design, execution, and analysis of experiments.

Responsibilities

SUMMARY OF ROLE:

As a New College Graduate (NCG) Process Integration & Yield Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for driving yield improvement, process optimization, and defect reduction in advanced semiconductor manufacturing. This role offers hands-on experience in a high-tech fab environment, working cross-functionally with manufacturing, R&D, and quality teams to ensure product performance and reliability.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Monitor and analyze semiconductor process and yield data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Process, Equipment, Defect Engineering, and Product Engineering) to resolve yield and performance issues.
  • Support process development and integration for new technology nodes and products.
  • Conduct root cause analysis using statistical tools and data mining techniques.
  • Develop and implement experiments (DOE) to optimize process conditions and improve yield.
  • Document findings, present technical reports, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
