Internal Vacancy Job Title Process Lead Location Sokhna Plant Reporting to Engineering Manager Job Purpose The Process Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing industrial processes within the Project Department. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.                             Key Responsibilities  Health & Safety: Adhere to and enforce relevant legislation and policies and ensure that the highest degree of safety and safe working practices are maintained.    Functional:   Design and Development: Develop process designs and modifications to improve efficiency, safety, and reliability of systems and equipment.   Project Management: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing engineering projects from conception to completion.   Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize existing processes to enhance performance, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with Lafarge industry standards.   Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for process related issues during project execution.   Documentation: Prepare detailed engineering reports, process flow diagrams, Function description, FF&FD design concept and other documentation as required.   Collaboration: Work closely with other engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.   Compliance: Ensure all processes and procedures adhere to safety regulations, industry standards, and Lafarge policies.   Innovation: Stay updated with the latest advancements in process engineering and implement new technologies and methodologies as appropriate.                     Education, Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.   Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in process engineering, preferably within a project environment. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, ChemCAD, AutoCAD). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
