JOB DESCRIPTION

CSA Recruitment are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Process Lead (Machine Minder) to operate equipment in food production processes for our ever expanding, long standing client in Merthyr Tydfil. Responsible for supporting the Team Leader to achieve optimum line output through effective efficiency performance. Will have the specialist skills, knowledge and experience in operating specified equipment and processes within the line.

REQUIREMENTS

• Significant knowledge and experience of food manufacturing, processing, and operations are essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under own initiative to deliver to deadlines.
• Ambition to grow personally within the business and grow the team below.
• Strong mechanical knowledge relevant to food production machinery.
• Familiarity with HACCP principles and food safety regulations.
• Experience in a food production environment is highly desirable.
• Proficient in basic maths for data analysis and reporting purposes.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead a team effectively.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimisation.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
