Salary: $18.25 - $22.00 Per Hour, Based on Experience Key Responsibilities: As a Process Lead, your day-to-day duties may include and are not limited to the following: Serve as the subject matter expert for the department, addressing day-to-day production issues, concerns, and questions before escalating to supervisors. Communicate with coworkers and management in a professional manner. Work to enforce and follow all company policies and procedures. Required to meet deadlines and follow written and verbal instructions. Oversee a group of employees while doing similar work as the team. Evaluate and uphold established quality standards. Meet with Supervisor daily to address high priority items and daily order of business. Set up daily operations with the sort team and monitor efficiency throughout the shift, providing guidance and direction as needed. Monitor the receiving process by verifying pallets and reconciling products for proper placement. Develop and train department associates within the work group in safe and correct work procedures. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Management may assign other tasks as needed. Requirements Attend daily morning huddles to identify the top priorities for the day. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude. The ability to manage physical tasks, such as lifting, reaching, standing, bending, and lifting products up to 40 pounds for prolonged periods of time, and staying active throughout your shift. Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Be dependable, flexible and treat others with kindness and respect. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
