People-first culture that invests in your growth and development Work alongside top-notch talent in a collaborative, safety-driven environment Real-world, hands-on work that directly impacts customer operations Stability and career opportunities with a proven industry leader Commitment to continuous improvement and workplace safety What You’ll Do: Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including HVAC systems, motors, pumps, compressors, and plumbing Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment and machinery to ensure minimal operational downtime Assist in installation, calibration, and testing of new equipment Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and repairs using CMMS Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve complex maintenance issues and improve processes Replace worn or damaged parts, such as belts, bearings, seals, and valves Support emergency repairs, ensuring safety protocols are followed Contribute to preventive maintenance programs and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards Maintain inventory of tools and parts for efficient workflow Provide guidance and support to junior technicians when needed Requirements Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification or associate’s degree preferred) 3+ years of hands-on mechanical, electrical, or facilities maintenance experience Proficiency with maintenance tools, including hand tools, power tools, multimeters, and vibration analyzers Knowledge of preventive maintenance strategies and safety protocols, including lockout/tagout and confined space procedures Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and blueprints Experience with CMMS or similar maintenance tracking systems Strong communication skills and ability to document maintenance activities Desired Qualifications: Certification in industrial maintenance, HVAC, electrical, or mechanical systems (EPA, OSHA, or similar) Experience with building automation systems (BAS), PLCs, or industrial control systems Prior experience in manufacturing or large-scale industrial maintenance Familiarity with project management tools for maintenance scheduling and tracking Other Requirements: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to prioritize tasks Willingness to stay current with emerging maintenance technologies and industry best practices Benefits: Paid time off and 10 paid holidays per year, with carryover of unused vacation Company-provided uniforms Discounts on cell phones, vacations, and more Employee Assistance Program from day one Tuition reimbursement up to $3,000 per year (program approval required) 401(k) and Roth IRA options after 6 months Employee-Owned Stock Option Program after 6 months (company-funded) Equal Opportunity: Manufacturing Maintenance Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
