People-first culture that invests in your professional growth and development Work alongside skilled technicians in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Hands-on work that directly supports customer operations and productivity Career stability with a proven leader in industrial maintenance services Strong commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and innovation What You’ll Do: Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections on equipment and facility systems, including HVAC systems, motors, pumps, compressors, and plumbing Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure minimal disruption to operations Assist with installation, setup, calibration, and testing of new equipment and machinery Use Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, inspections, repairs, and maintenance schedules Work independently on routine maintenance tasks while collaborating with senior technicians on more complex issues Replace worn or damaged components such as belts, bearings, seals, and valves according to equipment specifications Monitor equipment performance and recommend adjustments, upgrades, or replacements to improve efficiency and reliability Assist with emergency repairs, following safety protocols to minimize downtime Support the development and execution of preventive maintenance programs Maintain an organized inventory of maintenance parts, tools, and materials Participate in safety audits and facility inspections, identifying hazards and recommending improvements Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians when needed Requirements Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification or associate’s degree preferred) 3+ years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or facilities maintenance Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial or facility equipment Proficiency using maintenance tools including hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment such as multimeters and vibration analyzers Strong understanding of preventive maintenance strategies and equipment reliability practices Knowledge of safety practices including lockout/tagout procedures, confined space entry, and hazardous material handling Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints Experience using CMMS systems to track maintenance activities and generate reports Strong written and verbal communication skills for documenting work and reporting issues Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in industrial maintenance, HVAC, electrical, or mechanical systems (EPA, OSHA, or similar) Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), or industrial control systems Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial, or facilities maintenance environments Familiarity with maintenance scheduling or project management software Physical & Work Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, and using power tools Ability to work flexible hours when needed, including evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with maintenance technologies and best practices Benefits: Paid time off and 10 paid holidays per year, with carryover of unused vacation Company-provided uniforms Discounts on cell phones, travel, and more Employee Assistance Program available from day one Tuition reimbursement up to $3,000 per year (program approval required) 401(k) and Roth IRA options after 6 months Employee-Owned Stock Option Program after 6 months (company-funded) Equal Opportunity: Manufacturing Maintenance Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
