Job Description Developing concepts to improve processes and quality standards in the complex task area Devising concepts for holistic process maps and data structures with the aim of digitalizing IT processes Implementing and documenting complex process optimizations Ensuring process implementation Identifying quality risks and introducing solutions Defining and monitoring process and quality related KPIs Continually evaluating improving and implementing quality management tools Monitoring and implementing quality standards and statutory requirements guidelines in the processes Coordinating activities with high level functional units Providing functional assistance in internal external reviews audits Acting as a specialist contact in the assigned task area Designing and implementing measures regarding process compliance Managing complex projects Additional Information Please Note: Fraudulent job postings/job scams are increasingly common.
