Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • As a team player you are striving to make others successful while using excellent influencing and communication skills
  • Exercise exceptional communication skills and optimize contact with attorneys/agencies, stakeholders and external vendors/banks
  • Manage complaints and escalations which may result in contacting third parties as necessary to remediate
  • Owns reconciliation of money movement and mitigates financial losses
  • Completes monthly quality reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and critical business standards
  • Take active role in documenting processes and identifying gaps and efficiency gains
  • Engage and actively contribute to the continuous improvement log
  • Participates in special projects as needed including technology and automation enhancements
  • Supports overall management of operational teams and processing of documents as needed to accommodate work volumes

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Challenge current process design to be more standardized, scalable and sustainable
  • Uphold the review of processes to measure accuracy
  • Support the modernization of the bank case management systems
