Description

Define and improve Agile/DevOps-driven development and delivery processes. Collaborate with engineering teams working on Java, Spring Boot, Docker, and Kubernetes. Ensure SDLC compliance across requirements, development, testing, and release. Monitor KPIs to identify bottlenecks and drive process excellence. Work with PO, architects, QA, and DevOps for cross-functional alignment. Apply service assurance knowledge to validate workflows and use cases. Facilitate retrospectives, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. Lead process automation for speed, traceability, and governance. Mentor teams on best practices and documentation standards. Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and containerization. Experience with Java/Spring Boot and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Domain knowledge in service assurance, OSS/BSS, or telecom. Proficiency with Agile methodologies and CI/CD tools (Git, Jira, Confluence). Knowledge of GDPR, SRM guidelines, and release management. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive process adoption. Exposure to GCP, Terraform, and Kubernetes administration.
