WHAT YOU’LL DO
- You will play a key role in Procurement’s digital journey and the Knauf Group’s business transformation, because you will define our S/4HANA process landscape for Purchase to Pay processes
- This includes running fit-to-standard workshops to define processes, governance and master data, as well as collaborating with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., system integrator or Knauf IT)
- Furthermore, you will develop and update test cases for end-to-end processes, conduct integration tests, and support user acceptance tests (UAT), as well as the planning and coordinating go-live activities
- In the area of change management, you will create training materials and conduct training sessions for local key users to support end users and ensure the smooth implementation of new processes
- Finally, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote the exchange of best practices across regions and divisions within the Knauf Group
