Your tasks:

  • Planning and control of production start-ups, capacities and production programs
  • Creation and maintenance of work plans, parts lists and production orders
  • Execution of material planning, detailed planning and bottleneck management
  • Optimization of production processes (OEE, lead times, lean methods)
  • Ensuring quality, compliance and risk management
  • Coordination with internal interfaces, suppliers and customers
  • Reporting, key performance indicator analysis and participation in shop floor and S&OP meetings

Your profile

  • Completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, production engineering or comparable
  • Experience in production planning, industrial engineering, or similar
  • Knowledge of ERP/MES systems (e.g. SAP) and Lean methods
  • Proficient use of MS Project, Excel (Power Query/Pivot), Power BI 
  • Technical understanding (drawings, parts lists)
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Structured, solution-oriented and independent work style
  • Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and teamwork skills
