Two manufacturing sites are in Europe: One in Tinténiac, France, the other in Polkowice, Poland. Thanks to the nominations of a European car manufacturer, we are starting a new HVAC plant in Morocco in 2026. Job Description We are looking for a full-time Process, Methods & Continuous Improvement Engineer with strong experience in manufacturing process design, industrialization and continuous improvement, capable of leading production ramp-up, risk assessments and lean optimization projects. As part of the global organization supporting the establishment of our new plant in Morocco, your mission is to ensure robust, efficient and high-quality industrial processes from project launch through serial production. Essential responsibilities (including but not limited to): Design, optimize, and validate manufacturing processes and layouts, performing risk assessments to ensure efficiency, quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness. Lead process and product industrialization from prototype to production, including Run & Rate, capacity studies, launch validation and change management. Support onboarding and skills development of shopfloor teams, promoting polyvalence and operational excellence. Benchmark and implement best-in-class manufacturing methods and technologies in alignment with global standards. Monitor and achieve process KPIs, supporting CAPEX/OPEX planning through data-driven improvement proposals. Analyze process data to identify bottlenecks, waste and quality issues; lead QRQC and root cause problem-solving activities. Maintain and update process documentation (flow charts, Product & Process FMEA, work instructions, Engineering management procedures, safety guidelines…etc.) in compliance with IATF and customer requirements. Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and continuous certification of processes. Drive continuous improvement and Kaizen/lean/VSM/SMED initiatives (OEE, cost reduction, productivity, CT improvement, quality, scrap reduction, line balancing). Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, maintenance, and logistics to ensure robust and sustainable manufacturing performance. Other responsibilities: Contribute to technology roadmaps and digitalization projects supporting Smart Factory development. Support supplier process evaluations or trials for new components or tools. Prepare periodic process performance reports and present improvement results to management. Provide technical support for change management, engineering trials, and process transfers between plants. Qualifications Required experience and education: At least 3 years' proven experience in process, methods and CI management within the automotive industry Experience in HVAC assembly process BAC+5, Technical or Industrial Engineering degree or Masters, or equivalent Your Must Haves: 1. Expertise in Automotive Processes: Demonstrated ability to manage plant processes at a high level, with a strong track record in coordination and improvements Proven knowledge of industrial processes in the automotive industry especially HVAC assembly and Plastic Injection molding Strong technical aptitude with a deep understanding of complex systems and equipment Mastery of Lean manufacturing tools and methods 2. Standards and Compliance: Familiarity with IATF certification and adherence to industry standards 3. Tools Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Office and ERP systems 4. Strong Organizational Skills: Exceptional time-management, multitasking, and planning abilities to handle complex projects effectively Ability to adapt quickly to a constantly changing environment 5. Effective Communication: Excellent command of spoken and written English and French, enabling clear expression of complex ideas, concepts, thoughts and information 6.
