PRACTICALEXAMPLES

• A new system is implemented to automate a number of customer outreach processes. You determine what new logging data have been made available and how these can be incorporated into our process models.
• During the development of process mining insights you find that some of the data points can be used in regular management information. You help the MI team understand what was developed and how it could be incorporated into existing dashboards.
• The MT is looking for tangible improvement proposals to our processes based on data insights. You work together with the project team to identify the most important bottlenecks in the process, organize sessions with process managers and analysts to confirm and refine the results of the analysis.

• Explore uncharted territories: contribute to innovative solutions in the emerging field of process mining.
• Analyze Process Data: Identify trends and patterns within process data to generate actionable insights.
• Deliver Insights to Stakeholders: Communicate complex data clearly to help stakeholders understand and improve their processes.
