About the program The Working in Science Internship Program is designed for last year's students and recent graduates who want to apply what they’ve learned in a real, global biotechnology environment. You’ll contribute to meaningful projects, gain mentorship, and develop skills that set you up for future success. Business Process Management & Optimisation is a core enabling team within Clinical Operations that aim to deliver process excellence through a strong core capability, partnering cross functionally to drive efficient, continuous process improvements using lean methodology and data insight. These actions result in optimised clinical study processes fit for the future. As an intern, you'll join our dynamic team dedicated to optimizing clinical processes using the Business Process Management Notation system, specifically with GBTec BIC. You'll work closely with experienced professionals to model, analyze, and improve processes enhancing efficiencies within our clinical operations. Key responsibilities include: Collaborate with process owners to gather and document requirements Design and model clinical processes using BPMN and the GBTec BIC platform Analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement Participate in meetings to understand business needs General requirements: Working towards or having a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or have process modelling experience Familiarity with Business Process Management Notation (BPMN) is essential Experience modelling process using a business process management software. GBTec BIC software is highly desirable but is not required Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and collaboration skills A proactive and curious mindset, eager to learn and take initiative Key details Eligibility: Final year students and recent graduates.
