ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking expressions of interest from Process Operators with wet plant experience to join our team at Wodgina Lithium Processing Plant. These roles are full time positions and can allow you to grow your skill set with on-site training and the opportunity to develop your career on the tools and as a leader.
The role involves rotating day and night shifts and offering Fly In, Fly Out from Perth WA and Brisbane QLD.

• Safely operate all plant sections, including:
• Grinding
• Flotation
• LIMS/WHIMS separation
• Thickening
• Filtration
• Control Room
• Concentrate load-out
• Tailings disposal.
• Monitor and optimise operations by maintaining high housekeeping standards and conducting daily inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
• Complete any other tasks and activities within your competency as directed by the Site Leadership Team.
• Ensure compliance with all Company and Site Rules and Regulations as stipulated by the Company and/or the Client.
• Participate in hazard identification, assessment, and control.
• Provide input and feedback for plant and operational improvements.
