Salary & Benefits

• Competitive hourly rate of $50 - $60 per hour + super on all hours!

About You

• Previous experience as a Process Operator within processing operations
• Experience operating and monitoring fixed plant equipment
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and operational excellence
• Ability to work effectively in a FIFO environment
• Current Australian work rights and relevant mining certifications

The Role

• Operate, monitor, and optimise plant equipment to meet production targets
• Conduct routine inspections and identify operational issues
• Work across various fixed plant processing areas within the operation
• Maintain high safety standards and comply with site procedures
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to maximise plant performance
