Responsibilities

Are you hands-on, switched-on, and ready to be part of a team that values skill, quality, and safety above all?
In this role, you will do more than just assemble timber—you will play a critical part in producing high-quality, durable pallets that support supply chains across the country. You will thrive in a fast-paced, supportive environment where your attention to detail, safety-first mindset, and commitment to quality are truly valued.
All our people go home in the same condition they came to work; safety before production.
Build timber pallets using tools including saws, nail guns and hammers.
Operate machinery and equipment involved in the pallet production process, including stacking timber, feeding timber into the bandsaw, and operating a forklift as needed.
Maintain accuracy and consistency across all pallet builds—each unit must meet our high standards.
Contribute to a team environment where everyone works towards daily production targets.
