As our new process operator, you will become a member of a startup team of a top-modern chemical production facility with unique and exciting technology and a high degree of complexity. You will operate the production facility, carry out maintenance, log in batch protocols, as well as participate actively in our continuous improvement work. This is a unique opportunity to work on a state-of-the art plant built after high safety standards, at an international organization in growth. JOB SUMMARY:

• Reception, registration, sampling and control of raw materials, intermediates and final product.
• Daily, hands-on operation of production, including control of raw material quantities, preparation of solvents, cleaning of production equipment as required, maintaining batch protocols, continuous monitoring of important production parameters, waste management, etc.
• Labeling and storage of raw materials, intermediates and final products according to SOPs and batch protocols.
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems with equipment or processes
• Monitoring and recording production data and making adjustments as needed to ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Working with other team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency
• Following safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
