Shift:
You are required to work the following 3-shift rotating pattern which is adjusted to a 2-shift rotating pattern for an 8-week peak production period.

112 hours for 44 weeks of the year in the following pattern:

  • Day 0600 – 1400 – 5 shifts at 8 hours (Monday to Friday)
  • Nights 2200 - 0600 – 4 shifts at 8 hours (Monday to Thursday)
  • Afternoons 1400 – 2200 – 5 shifts at 8 hours (Monday to Friday)

168 hours for 8 weeks in line with our seasonal requirements (Peak Production):

  • Day 0600 – 1800 – 12 hours (Sunday to Saturday– 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off, 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2off, 2 on, 3 off)
  • Nights 1800 - 0600 – 12 hours (Sunday to Saturday – 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off, 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2off, 2 on, 3 off)

    The Peak Production period will change annually but will likely fall within the months of September, October, November, and December and will be communicated in January each year.

    As a Process Operator, you will key to our operations, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of process lines, ensuring we produce the nuts needed for our packing teams. Working as part of a skilled and supportive team, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality products while maintaining our strong focus on safety, consistency, and excellence.
