QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Proven leadership and organisational abilities.
• Demonstrated understanding of Statutory obligations
• Holds S26 Exam Certification (desired but not essential)
• Previous experience as a Process Operator, preferably in the mining industry or a related heavy industrial environment.
• Experience operating systems – SCADA, Citect, Simplicity, and Meridian.
• Experience operating large crushing screening processing plants including, cone crushing circuits, conveying systems, train load out and associated plant components.
• Current and valid WA C-Class driver’s licence.
• Working at heights qualification desirable.

• Lead, guide and mentor team.

• Conduct regular general inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure operational reliability.
• Ensure compliance with Fortescue’s safety protocols and environmental regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to facilitate repairs and preventive maintenance.
