Position: Process Operator Location: Maryville, MO Type: Full-Time | Rotating Shifts | Overtime as Needed As a Process Operator, you'll play a vital role in manufacturing and handling raw materials and finished products in our facility. You will operate equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining high quality standards in a fast-paced, continuous operation environment. Key Responsibilities Operating mechanized equipment safely, efficiently, and within specifications Troubleshooting, inspecting, and resolving equipment issues Monitoring operations via computer systems and control room interfaces Sampling, testing, and inspecting materials and products Handling and packing materials in bags, totes, drums, or sacks Filling tanks and transferring product as needed Performing physically demanding tasks (e.g., moving hoses, cleaning equipment) Learning and supporting cross-functional roles Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, EPA, Hazmat, and OSHA regulations Qualifications Willingness to work in varying environments (hot/cold, noisy, with carbon black exposure) Strict adherence to safety and PPE requirements, including safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, hearing protection, and dust respirators when needed Lift and carry up to 50 lbs Stand and walk for extended periods Climb stairs/ladders, bend, reach, push, and pull Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed A reliable team player who works well with minimal supervision Strong communicator—able to share information clearly with peers and leaders A problem-solver with good decision-making skills Computer literate (basic email and control system use) Mechanically inclined and eager to learn new skills Forklift experience is a plus; ability to obtain certification is required We offer a competitive benefits package designed to support your personal and professional growth: Career Growth: Training and development programs Employee Recognition: Real-time appreciation with personalized rewards Time Off: Generous PTO and paid sick leave Comprehensive Insurance: Medical, dental, and vision for employees and families Security: Short-term/long-term disability and life insurance at no cost to employee Retirement: 401(k) participation Our Commitment to Inclusion We believe diversity drives innovation.
