PROCESS OPERATOR - DARWEN

• 100% compliance to Health and Safety policies across site
• Contribute to the team effort in reaching high standards and targets
• Taking responsibility for a range of production line activities, including assembling, mixing chemicals, inspection and driving internal transport
• Opportunity to train and develop skills in other areas of production and achieving a multi-skill premium upon validation
• 12 hour shift work covering both days, nights and weekends (with 3 x 30 minute breaks per shift)
• Working 14 days out of 28 (7 days and 7 nights) and 2 weekends out of 4
• Annualised hours / 38 hour week (with opportunity to increase working hours) and rostered days off throughout the year
