Qualification

  • BSc, MSc, PhD in a relevant discipline (e.g., biochemistry, chemistry, process engineering) and preferably equivalent industry related experience
  • Will accept Level 6 qualification but must have equivalent industry related experience

Relevant Industry Experience

  • 2-5 years’ relevant experience in bioprocess development and/or manufacturing
  1. Bio Pharma companies
    2.Pharma companies
  2. Medical Device
  3. Food Industry
  4. Healthcare Environments

Key Skills

  • Cell culture and/or protein purification, lab-scale, and pilot scale
  • Skills with bioreactors or chromatography systems, filtration systems.
  • Working in a controlled regulated environment e.g., GMP/GLP.
  • Knowledge of cleanroom, Grade C, FDA Regulations
  • Knowledge of SAP, ETS, Validation, Qualification
  • Experience with single use / stainless steel systems
  • Experience with UNICORN, PCS, DELTA V software
  • Experience in report writing
  • Involvement in 5S
  • Cross functional teamwork
  • Maintenance of clear records of work
  • Good communication

Shift Work

  • Flexibility to work shifts if required

Fluency in English

  • Written and verbal
