Job Description We are looking for a qualified Process Operator with a VAPRO B certification to operate and monitor industrial production processes. Candidates with experience in Belgium will be highly valued due to familiarity with European safety and operational standards. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor production processes and equipment Control process parameters and ensure optimal performance Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance Identify and troubleshoot process deviations and technical issues Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations Record production data and maintain accurate logs Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams Participate in continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications Valid VAPRO B certification (mandatory) Proven experience as a Process Operator in industrial environments Currently living in the Netherlands (mandatory) Knowledge of process technology, safety procedures, and quality control Willingness to work in shifts (including nights/weekends if required) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Dutch or English language proficiency Preferred Qualifications: Experience in chemical, petrochemical, or manufacturing industries Familiarity with automated control systems (e.g., SCADA/DCS) Additional safety certifications (e.g., VCA) Additional Information All our positions are open to both women and men and are, of course, open to people with disabilities.
