THE OPPORTUNITY Title: Process Optimization Manager in Radom Job Summary Iron Mountain is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Process Optimization Manager to join our Center of Digital Excellence team based in Radom. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing operational process optimization projects that deliver measurable productivity improvements and overseeing their successful execution. The Radom branch is the largest digitalization center in Europe and the largest branch in Poland. You will join a team that values development, effective collaboration, and shared successes in a global, dynamically growing organization that is a pioneer in information management worldwide. What You’ll Do In this role, you will: Implement operational process optimization projects and introduce new tools, driving measurable productivity improvements and innovation across the center. Collaborate with management and internal employees to oversee project execution, train team members on new processes, and monitor/report the results of implemented improvements. Ensure compliance with organizational standards, procedures, and regulations, including fire safety and health and safety, while being responsible for the proper execution and quality of all project work. What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience in a similar position, with proven knowledge of operational improvement projects. Strong knowledge of Lean Management skills and expertise in the Microsoft (MS) Office suite. Proven ability in analytical thinking, decision-making, and taking initiative to drive project success. Very good English language skills (written and verbal); German language skills are considered an advantage.
