More about the role We’re looking for a passionate Service Excellence intern to join our Global Professional Service Excellence Team in Eindhoven. As a Service Excellence Intern, you’ll be responsible for analyzing and improving our current processes and work instructions to enhance customer satisfaction. You will be part of a multifunctional team, implementing a global end to end customer experience tool with several generative AI tools. Your work will have a direct impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations, ensuring we deliver exceptional experiences to our customers. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including Quality, Operations, and Customer Services, to implement and deploy process improvements across the organization. What you’ll do: Collaborate with global business process experts to understand and analyze current processes. Identify gaps and areas for improvement in existing processes. Apply Lean methodology to develop and implement process improvements. Map processes within the internal quality system. Propose methods to measure the success rate of implemented processes. Prepare comprehensive training materials for internal and external users. Assist in deploying new processes and training materials across the organization. You’ll be actively participating in our virtual intern network where you’ll be working on business cases, personal development and building your internal network. More about you Your qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Quality Management, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in an international team environment (Good command of English). Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Familiarity with Lean methodology and process improvement techniques is a plus.
