Responsibilities
  • You are responsible for establishing, continuously developing, and improving the entire Design-to-Operate process across all stakeholders and subprocesses within the relevant business areas, in line with the overall company objectives.
  • The Design-to-Operate process encompasses the end-to-end workflow from design and planning through manufacturing, logistics, and operation/sale of the product.
  • As part of the ERP implementation project, you ensure that subprocesses are designed and integrated sensibly from an end-to-end perspective, potentially extending beyond ERP system boundaries.
  • You establish professional stakeholder management and involve area and process managers, as well as corporate IT, who are relevant to your end-to-end process.
  • You conduct process analyses, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization measures in collaboration with the departments. You gather and prioritize requirements from all relevant stakeholders.
  • You work closely with various departments and stakeholders to ensure a smooth process flow and integration. You mediate and balance the interests of the involved parties.
  • You ensure that all relevant data for the end-to-end process is maintained in close collaboration with data management roles.
  • You initiate, lead, and/or oversee projects related to the end-to-end process.
  • You ensure that process documentation, work instructions, and guidelines are created and maintained.
  • You define the desired maturity level and create a plan to achieve it. You monitor process quality and initiate corrective actions in case of deviations. Additionally, you establish a set of KPIs that contribute to improving overall process performance.
  • You ensure that appropriate training approaches are established to maintain ongoing process compliance.
