WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
We are looking for a Global Process Owner Governance Reporting Obligations to drive the governance of tax and tax-related reporting obligations across the operating division. As the global process owner, you will be responsible for the end-to-end governance framework, ensuring effective compliance, robust processes and controls, high-quality data, and transparent documentation standards across all regions. The position reports directly to the Vice President Tax of the operating division.
- You define and continuously develop global reporting standards, governance principles, roles, responsibilities, and compliance requirements for reporting obligations.
- You ensure compliance-by-design by embedding tax, legal, financial reporting, data quality and internal control requirements into reporting processes and systems.
- You oversee reporting-related requirements and solution designs to ensure governance compliance.
- As the central governance authority, you lead decisions and escalations related to reporting obligations, including ownership, control, data quality and design-related topics.
- You ensure transparent governance of reporting obligations through defined ownership, documentation, and control standards.
- Working across functions, you drive continuous improvement and the sustainable implementation of reporting governance requirements.
WHAT YOU OFFER
- degree in computer science, natural sciences or similar education with related work experience
- several years of experience in project and/or change management, preferably in an international environment
- strong knowledge of taxation, Finance Reporting Compliance (FRC) and international tax law
- proven ability to design, transition, and document processes, combined with a structured, solutions-oriented approach and resilience in dynamic environments
- excellent communication skills in English (German optional) combined with the ability to thrive in diverse, global teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
