Responsibilities

ABOUT THIS ROLE

As the Process Owner for Incident Management, you will lead a team with 11 Incident Managers directly reporting to you. These Incident Managers are located across the Nordic countries also working with Major Incidents 24/7. In your role, you will mentor and guide your team, acting both as a coach and a player, to help them become successful Incident Managers who deliver real results. Your team will be spread across the Nordics, but we see that you are based in one of the following cities, as this will be where this position will be placed: Drammen, Malmö or Ballerup, as this role will be office based.

To succeed in the role as Process Ownerr we believe you to have the following:

  • Leadership Experience: Experience of leading multidisciplinary and international teams within Incident Management.
  • Process Expertise: Deep understanding of IT processes, frameworks (e.g., ITIL, Agile), and process improvement methodologies.
  • Communication: Ability to articulate ideas, inspire teams, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Problem Solving: Analytic thinker with a hands-on approach to solving complex challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to foster teamwork within and across diverse functional groups.
  • Adaptability: Resilience and adaptability to navigate ambiguity and drive organizational efficiency.
  • Language: Fluent in one of the following Nordic languages: Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian. In addition to being proficient in these languages, you should also be comfortable speaking English, as it is the company’s official language
