Responsibilities

As a Process Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring quality assurance and control across products, services, and manufacturing processes.
  • Managing conformance activities including incoming goods control, product inspection, and witness points.
  • Exchanging data and feedback to drive improvements in products, processes, and procedures.
  • Handling standardized manufacturing processes and implementing updated procedures from other functions.
  • Following established guidelines to select appropriate actions in routine operations.
  • Leading a small manufacturing unit or sub-unit with a budget exceeding $1.5 million

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a bachelor or equivalent education with solid experience in manufacturing as well as expertise in production quality.
  • Be able to demonstrate exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Be able to lead small teams and initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
  • Be able to apply advanced analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills across multiple projects
