About this position What you'll do Provide technical advisory on plant and process safety topics for production (operating areas in accordance with the German 12th BImSchV), development/application engineering, and site operations within the German legal framework, as well as on project-related matters across the Henkel Group Monitor the legally compliant operation of facilities within the Henkel Düsseldorf operating area, including coordination of external inspection bodies (e.g., TÜV) and participation in compliance audits Manage technical aspects of the safety management system and support their implementation at the Düsseldorf site on behalf of site management, in close collaboration with the Major Accident Officer Lead and/or facilitate risk assessments in accordance with the Industrial Safety Ordinance (BetrSichV), process risk evaluations, and hazard analyses with site and project teams, including deriving measures and ensuring their implementation Prepare expert statements for investments and modification projects within notification and approval procedures, and coordinate external experts in accordance with §§29a and 29b BImSchG Represent the interests of Henkel AG & Co.
