We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Process Technician to join our team in Philippi, Cape Town. If you have an enthusiasm for process technology and a commitment to optimizing operational procedures, a strong background in injection & stretch blow moulding, we want to hear from you.

• Identify, report and rectify all technical areas of concern on assigned production
• equipment (machines, moulds, etc.).
• Have an in-depth understanding of product and its quality criteria.
• Have an in-depth understanding of the process (material feeding and drying, injection moulding, reheat stretch blow moulding and injection blow moulding.
• Mould installation.
• Technical principles and drawings.
• Independently develop maintenance plans and check lists.
• Independently develop machine settings (teamwork as needed).
• Document settings and adjustments centrally.
• Identify spares needed for assigned equipment.
• Analyze Defect Register together with Maintenance Manager & Production Manager to improve production result
