Job Description As a Process Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and industrializing innovative manufacturing technologies within our International Production Network (IPN). You will actively contribute to global projects, ensuring efficient, high-quality, and sustainable production processes. Your contribution to something big: Contributing to the development and industrialization of new technologies within simultaneous engineering projects. Actively participating in international collaboration within the Bosch International Production Network (IPN). Leading and coordinating plant-related activities within IPN projects. Driving continuous improvement of equipment, products, and processes to optimize performance, quality, and cost. Defining technical specifications and supporting the purchasing process for new machines and production equipment. Supporting industrialization milestones and ensuring robust process implementation. Defining process parameters, controls, and monitoring production performance and costs. Working in multidisciplinary teams to analyze problems and implement sustainable solutions. Contributing to process documentation such as Control Plans, FMEA, and Process Guidelines. Collaborating closely with product development teams to ensure manufacturability and process efficiency. Qualifications What distinguishes you: Education Master’s degree in Engineering preferred (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Physics, or comparable fields), or equivalent practical experience. Experience Solid experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Hands-on involvement in industrialization or process improvement projects is an advantage. Know-how Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles. Experience with SPC (Statistical Process Control). Understanding of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance). Data analysis skills for process monitoring and optimization. Knowledge of vision systems is a plus. Languages Good command of English, written and spoken. Working Style and Methods Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach. Comfortable working in international and cross-functional teams. Open to continuous learning and improvement. Personality Proactive, curious, and motivated to drive innovation. Strong communication and presentation skills. Flexible and resilient in a dynamic production environment.
