As the Process Specialist, you will assist with the maintenance of forms and operations procedures and manuals to ensure all forms are updated across all platforms and provide research and clerical support to the Operations Manager. Manage the inventory and requisition process for Company forms via Order website: - Maintain an accurate inventory system, monitoring form usage and maintaining an adequate supply. - Collect bids for printing costs. - Approve and fill forms orders. - Administrative control of printing website - Process and ship requisitions for all offices Mail distribution Order amenity signs and ensure regulations and branding requirements are met. Maintain annual parking program. Assist the Administrative Auditor in scheduling and conducting audits. Create/revise new/existing forms and instructions under the supervision of the Operations Manager to include composition, formatting, and proofreading text. Provide research, creation, collaboration, and clerical support for any special projects requested by the Operations Manager. Maintain GSC’s Property Management Manual and internal website. Maintain knowledge of federal and state laws concerning Fair Housing, ADA, and Landlord Tenant Acts as relates to Company Policy. Provide backup for staff members of the Operations Department, including front desk and receptionist responsibilities. Other duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred. Minimum two years in operational support role. Property management strongly preferred, with experience with MRI or other Property Management software. Ability to absorb, translate and communicate complex information to different audiences. Proficy with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat software, and Internet research. Strong communication and editing skills. Strong problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills. Ability to lift minimum of 25 pounds.
