Key responsibilities

• Develop, review and maintain Process and Procedure Manuals PPMs, SOPs, Work Instructions and other controlled manufacturing documents.
• Work with production teams to improve and standardise manufacturing processes, equipment settings and ways of working.
• Identify and deliver improvements that enhance safety, quality, productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure documentation remains accurate, current and aligned with company standards, quality and food safety requirements.
• Support implementation of process changes, equipment improvements and corrective actions.
• Assist with operator training and ensure teams understand updated processes and procedures.
• Track productivity improvement projects, including benefits reporting and CAPEX activities.
• Provide process performance data and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the Shift Manager during peak periods and leave coverage when required.
