Állás leírása Your future tasks: Develop and ensure expertise in screw tightening technology. Keep process documentation (training materials, guidelines, KFV/DMD) up to date at all times. Optimize processes, define and qualify new process cores/machines. Collaborate closely with development teams, MAE suppliers, and component manufacturers. Support the strategic development of the CoC Technology Roadmap for the specific domain and contribute to the development of related processes across the Manufacturing Engineering (ME) organization. Lead international technology development projects to achieve manufacturing excellence. Test, specify, and implement processes into pilot machines, considering Industry 4.0 requirements. Coordinate knowledge sharing across the ME organization. Actively participate in the Screw Tightening Competence Network (CN) to support standardization, cost reduction, and third-level support. Develop training concepts and train new process experts. Perform problem-solving activities in plants using the 8D methodology and share lessons learned with other ME locations to prevent recurrence of similar issues. Lead technical supplier benchmarking (BWB), ensuring cost efficiency and technical maturity. Coordinate the rollout of selected solutions across the ME organization. Implement proven process solutions across ME, optimize process cycles across multiple sites. Ensure strategic oversight and provide technical guidance to manufacturing locations.
