Responsibilities
About the Team The AI Data Service and Operations (ADSO) team is responsible for providing safety and non-safety data annotation services and search operation services for all of the company’s international products, which can also help international products build their own data ecological security. Responsibilities - Design, implement, and refine workflows to simplify operations and eliminate inefficiencies across ADSO. - Establish standardized taxonomies, process frameworks, and definitions to ensure consistency and scalability. - Conduct deep-dive analyses of operational metrics to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities; translate insights into concrete process optimization actions that deliver measurable business outcomes. - Leverage data driven insights to support leadership decisions. - Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across ADSO. - Cultivate strong partnership with Lines of Business partners, employing a strategic approach to facilitate the effective integration of LoB requirements into overall process streamline & optimization, thereby ensuring that operational strategies are closely aligned with business priorities.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - 5 years of experience in Trust and Safety, Content Safety, or Content Operations, with a proven ability to drive operational excellence. - Proven experience managing regional/global process improvement projects. - Experience in managing stakeholders from all level and regions. - Strong quantitative and analytical skills with expertise in strategic analysis, data interpretation, and data visualization. - Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to clearly define and articulate problem statements. - Outstanding organizational, coordination, communication, and negotiation skills, supported by a proven track record of managing complex projects and processes at a strategic level. Preferred Qualifications - Completion of Bachelor’s Degree or above. - You are a self-starter and take initiative in driving practical processes.
