Job Title: Process Supervisor Openings: 1

SUMMARY: The Process Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations within a specific production or process area. This role ensures that all processes are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. The Process Supervisor leads a team of operators or technicians, monitors, performance, and drives continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or process environment.
  • 1+ years of supervisory or team lead experience.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, safety standards, and quality systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem- solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software (e.g., SAP, MES)

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production/process staff.
  • Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality standards to ensure targets are met.
  • Train, coach, and evaluate team members to enhance performance and development.
  • Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of production, downtime, and other key metrics.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, quality , and engineering teams to optimize operations.
  • Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
