Description

Provide display PECVD tools startup support on BKM recipe qualification, and support service team to get tool CAR sign off. With basic knowledge of the concept of PECVD and the fundamental principles of plasma Understand the thin film characteristics of PECVD, as well as the simple analysis methods and tools. With the basic abilities of data collection, data analysis , and report preparation. Be capable of conducting some process DOEs experiments Have good communication and expression skills, and teamwork player. Have a basic level of English reading& writing skills, as well as spoken ability preferred. Be able to accept a flexible working locations, accept a certain proportion of business trips. Who understand the AMOLED display process will be given priority consideration. Demonstrates expanded conceptual knowledge in own discipline and broadens capabilities Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work No supervisory responsibilities but provides informal guidance to new team members Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations
