JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Process Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing processes within our organization to enhance efficiency and productivity. This role requires a strong foundation in systems engineering and a comprehensive understanding of various technologies and methodologies, including service-oriented architecture, cloud security, and continuous integration.

EXPERIENCE

Candidates should possess a strong background in computer science or a related field with experience in the following areas:

• Service-oriented architecture and solution architecture
• Systems engineering principles and system design methodologies
• Proficiency in database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and Oracle
• Familiarity with operating systems including Windows, Linux, UNIX, and virtualization technologies like VMware
• Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, Ruby on Rails, C++, Bash (Unix shell), .NET, T-SQL
• Understanding of cloud platforms like Azure and AWS
• Experience with DevOps practices including Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins for continuous integration
• Strong debugging skills with an emphasis on system hardening techniques

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $54.00 - $58.00 per hour

• Design and develop process workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement solutions using various technologies such as Salesforce, Pegasystems, and AWS.
• Conduct system design reviews and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Perform ETL processes to manage data flow between systems.
• Utilize programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, and SQL for system development and automation.
• Manage IT infrastructure including load balancing, VPNs, firewalls, and cloud services.
• Oversee system administration tasks including user management through GPO, DHCP configurations, and DNS management.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement information security measures.
• Participate in Agile development practices and CI/CD pipelines to ensure timely delivery of projects.
