Description

Your responsibilities will include: Develop and implement inspection strategies for a wide range of medical device components and prototypes. Design and validate new inspection methods; document and maintain test method procedures. Analyze measurement data using Minitab and summarize findings in technical reports. Troubleshoot and improve existing measurement programs and inspection methods. Collaborate cross-functionally to develop capable processes and ensure efficient transfer of new products into production. 5 years of experience with a high school diploma/degree/equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education/work experience 10+ years of experience in metrology or process development. Strong problem-solving and root-cause investigation skills. Experience with Process Verification and Validation (PV&V). Background in medical devices or other regulated industries. Proven success working cross-functionally in a technical environment. Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
