Be part of a collaborative, fast-paced, and purpose-driven work environment at T1 Energy. ---------------------------------------- ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: * Conduct daily equipment and process inspections to ensure normal operation and report abnormalities. * Support and maintain manufacturing processes, develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), and train other team members as needed. * Assist in troubleshooting issues, respond to incidents, and propose corrective and preventive actions. * Accurately complete and maintain operational and maintenance records for relevant systems. * Resolve reported issues promptly, following assigned work schedules and supervisor direction. * Support engineers by providing on-site assistance and guidance during special operations. * Collect and input quality data into MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and generate quality reports. * Adhere to all environmental, health, and safety (EHS) policies and procedures. * Complete additional duties and projects as assigned by management. ---------------------------------------- QUALIFICATIONS: * Technical diploma or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field preferred. * 0–1 year of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment; experience in solar or semiconductor industry is a plus. * Strong troubleshooting skills in both electrical and mechanical systems are preferred. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Ability to use hand tools, measuring instruments, and data analysis tools effectively. * Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working under pressure in a shift-based environment. ---------------------------------------- PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Frequently remains in a stationary position (up to 75% of the time). * Regularly bends, stands, stoops, and walks. * Occasionally lifts or carries objects up to 20 lbs.
