Job Description KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Target & Requirement Support to improve KPI target such as productivity, OEE, IDC in manufacturing. Support to support machine setup, Changeover & Troubleshooting in the production line. Support to TPM activities and process data sheet record. Standard Implement Create & update standard documents in shopfloor. Participate Daily meeting, Kaizen meeting, cross functional. Support BPS activity in Manufacturing on TEF topic. Support QAM for manufacturing in AmaP team. Support & update Cycle Time and C/O standard. Project Handling & Improvement Support to prepare process and standard for new Prodcuts release. (MAE modification and new MAE installation) Support to update process capability, Machine capability short term and long term. Support Project CIP, Point CIP, RPP and cost reduction project in Manufacturing and IPN team. Support 8D and problem solving in Manufacturing. Support for line, tooling, part number (flexible release) relocation project. Support to solve the problem (Quality, Cost & Delivery). Support to improve CT, OEE, IDC, C/O to reach process target and support customer demand. Support for line modification, improvement and POKA-YOKE implementation. HSE, Safety and Policy Support and update HSE, Ergonomic for Manufacturing final release. Support 5S & Safety activity in Manufacturing. Support Data security or ISP coordinator in CC-VDS manufacturing include software and parameter backup. Follow compliance and company policy. Qualifications Educational Background Diploma or above in Electrical/Mechanical engineering or related fields.
