Job Description Participate in the manufacturing concept based on product architecture and requirements for robust processes Give input to the manufacturing concept based on experience in production, lean principles, and robust processes Establishes an adequate project base Helps build up a supportive culture of cooperation and teamwork within the project Tailors optional activities according to the projects needs and ensure compliance to the processes. Take responsibility in failure analysis of 0-KM and other product issues, review/communicate the impact on manufacturing activities and work closely with the QMP, NPL and Manufacturing team. Support and ensure quality compliance and control while increasing line capacity and productivity through process control and improvement activities. Identify and deploy the technical skill sets, resource levels and systems to deliver projects, including the engagement of external resources as required. Qualifications 2 years vocational graduate Must have a minimum experience of 2 years in manufacturing industry Must be familiar in the control plan and or process work flow, knowledgeable in IATF 16949, Environment, Health & Safety, layered process audit, visual tools and operators' instruction Additional Information Ready to take your career to the next level?
