Job Description •Act directly on the shop floor to identify and implement improvements in processes and production lines •Develop and implement projects to automate production lines, increasing efficiency and reducing manual intervention •Apply industrial engineering methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, etc.) to reduce waste and operating costs •Work closely with other engineers, technicians, and production managers to enhance overall efficiency; Qualifications Currently pursuing a technical or higher education degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or related fields.
