Description

Specific Responsibilities;

To prepare Final Assembly Line SOP for all products that suits to the production processes.
To prepare Final Assembly Line Process Control Plan for all products.
To revise and update the SOP upon receipt of engineering change note from customer.
To check FAL processes tact time for LOB and identify the bottleneck process and establish improvement plans.
To review assembly processes from time to time for improvement.
To submit all necessary reports within the stipulated time frame.
To perform any other related or similar duties as and when required or assigned.
Document Controller for ISO 9001: 2015 QMS.
