WHAT WE OFFER

• Depending on experience pay rate will start from $28.54 and up to $32.90 for experienced operators with opportunities for increases after completing competency sign off.
• Ongoing training and development to help you grow in your role or provide opportunities throughout the business
  This is a fixed term role with an immediate start available. Our roster pattern consists of three rotational shifts operating Monday to Friday, with each shift running for 8.75 hours. The roster pattern is subject to change based on operational requirements.
  You must be available to work all three shifts on the rotating roster. Morning Shift - 6:00 AM to 2:45 PM, Afternoon Shift 1:45 PM to 10:30 PM, Night Shift 09:45 PM to 6:30 AM

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We are specifically targeting experienced Process Technicians who bring professionalism, accuracy, and a proactive mindset.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the dairy or food manufacturing industry as a Process Technician. However, if you don’t have this background, we still encourage you to apply! We’re firstly looking for individuals with the right attitude, commitment, eagerness to learn and dive in. Training will be provided to help you upskill.

• Mechanical aptitude to understand and operate our equipment
• Thorough with good attention to detail
• Self-motivated and proactive
• There will be some lifting required of up to 25 Kg
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of processes

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking experienced Process Technicians who are available to start immediately to join our Blending and Canning team on a Fixed term Contract until December.
In this role, you’ll be working with advanced automated systems and processes to produce high-quality nutrition products for global markets. If you’ve worked in food or dairy manufacturing before and know what it takes to keep production lines running safely, smoothly, and efficiently—we want to hear from you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Dispensing ingredients, mixing, tipping, and batch preparation
• In-process testing and quality control checks
• Intrusive cleaning and sanitation of processing equipment
• Operate sophisticated automated equipment in a dairy manufacturing process
• Perform product quality checks to minimise losses and boost line efficiency
• Uphold high safety and quality standards within the manufacturing environment
• Collaborate within a high-performing team to achieve production goals
