Job Description Join Gerresheimer in Peachtree City, GA as a Process Technician – Injection Molding and play a key role in producing high-quality plastic components for the healthcare industry. In this role, you’ll set up, operate, and troubleshoot injection molding machines in a clean room environment, ensuring efficiency, safety, and precision. You’ll collaborate with engineers and production teams to maintain quality standards and support continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Set up, start up, and operate injection molding machines to produce precision parts Change molds, complete setups, and perform basic mold repairs Troubleshoot processing issues to minimize downtime Maintain, monitor, & support injection molding machines Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area Perform routine mold cleaning and accurate process documentation Participate in 5S activities and improvement projects Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; technical certificate or associate degree preferred 3+ years of experience in an injection molding manufacturing environment Hands-on experience with machine setup and troubleshooting Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Familiarity with thermoplastic materials Comfortable with computer systems (MES, SAP, Microsoft Office) Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and follow SOPs Preferred: 5+ years of injection molding experience Knowledge of ancillary equipment and a wide range of thermoplastic materials Experience with robots and automated systems Experience working within a regulated environment (medical / automotive) Additional Information 100% on-site position Work Environment: Clean room manufacturing Schedule: 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule (fixed days / nights) Benefits: Comprehensive health coverage, matching 401(k), climate controlled & clean environment All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
