In this role, you’ll set up, operate, and troubleshoot injection molding machines in a clean room environment, ensuring efficiency, safety, and precision. You’ll collaborate with engineers and production teams to maintain quality standards and support continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Set up, start up, and operate injection molding machines to produce precision parts Change molds, complete setups, and perform basic mold repairs Troubleshoot processing issues to minimize downtime Maintain and monitor support equipment (dryers, loaders, color feeders) Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area Perform routine mold cleaning and accurate process documentation Participate in 5S activities and improvement projects Qualifications ​​​​​​High school diploma or GED required; technical certificate or associate degree preferred 2+ years of experience in injection molding or similar manufacturing environment Hands-on experience with machine setup and troubleshooting Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Familiarity with thermoplastic materials and injection molding equipment Comfortable using computer systems (MES, SAP, Microsoft Office) Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and follow SOPs Preferred: 3+ years of injection molding experience Knowledge of ancillary equipment and a wide range of thermoplastic materials Experience with robots and automated systems Additional Information Work Environment: Clean room manufacturing Schedule: 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule (Day & Night shifts available) Benefits: Comprehensive health coverage, 401(k), incentive bonuses, and career growth opportunities
